Job Description Design-Tactics is a growing e-commerce company that sells products through multiple online marketplaces and retail websites. Our team handles a high volume of orders, customer inquiries, returns, inventory, and shipping activity each day. We are looking for a dependable and organized E-commerce Office Assistant to support our daily office and customer service operations. This is a hands-on, in-office position for someone who can stay focused, manage multiple responsibilities, and follow tasks through to completion. The Position: You will help keep orders, customer messages, shipping documents, and returns moving accurately and efficiently. The position combines customer service, administrative work, order processing, and coordination with our warehouse team. Some days will be routine, while others may require you to investigate a delivery issue, resolve a return, correct an order, or respond quickly to an unexpected problem.
