Pay: £31,200.00 per year \n Job Description: \n Content Marketing & Operations Executive \n SBW Group Ltd – Hemel Hempstead \n Salary: £31,200 per year, equivalent to £15 per hour \n Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday \n Job type: Full-time, permanent, employed \n Location: Hemel Hempstead \n Work arrangement: Primarily office-based, with occasional visits to customer installation sites \n About SBW Group \n SBW Group is a windows and doors company specialising in the supply and installation of high-quality uPVC and aluminium products for residential and commercial customers. \n We are looking for a creative, organised and practical person to support our marketing activity while also assisting with customer enquiries and day-to-day office administration. \n About the role \n This is a varied position combining content creation, digital marketing, customer communication and administrative support. \n Most of your working time will be spent at the SBW office. You will occasionally visit customer installations or other locations to photograph and film projects. \n The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content but is also comfortable answering enquiries, updating records, organising information and helping with general office tasks. \n Tasks will be mixed depending on current installations, campaigns, customer enquiries and business priorities. \n Marketing and content responsibilities \n You will: \n\n • Create, edit and publish photo and video content.\n, • Manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.\n, • Photograph and film installations, products and completed projects.\n, • Create reels, short videos, graphics, posters and promotional materials.\n, • Plan and schedule social media posts.\n, • Update the WordPress website, including products, pages and project portfolios.\n, • Support Meta Ads, Google Ads and other promotional campaigns.\n, • Monitor basic content and advertising performance.\n, • Organise the company’s digital photographs, videos and marketing materials.\n, • Use AI tools where they improve efficiency or content quality.\n\n Customer enquiry and administrative responsibilities \n You will also: \n\n • Receive enquiries from potential customers by phone, email, website and social media.\n, • Ask basic questions to understand what the customer requires, including product type, colour, glass, address and approximate measurements.\n, • Record customer details and forward qualified enquiries to the sales team.\n, • Update the customer database and attach relevant quotations or documents.\n, • Add installations, surveys, appointments and other activities to Google Calendar.\n, • Order approved office, marketing and site supplies.\n, • Register and send customer warranty certificates.\n, • Scan, file and organise company documents.\n, • Assist with basic reconciliation preparation.\n, • Support occasional insurance renewals and company vehicle documentation.\n, • Assist with other reasonable office and operational tasks when required.\n\n The administrative tasks included in the position are based on the mix of activities currently carried out within SBW Group. \n What we are looking for \n The successful candidate should have: \n\n • Experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.\n, • Good photography and video-editing skills.\n, • Experience using Canva and video-editing software such as CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro or similar.\n, • Basic experience with WordPress.\n, • An understanding of social media advertising and Google Ads.\n, • Good written and spoken English.\n, • Confidence communicating with customers and colleagues.\n, • Strong organisation and attention to detail.\n, • The ability to manage different tasks and priorities.\n, • A practical, flexible and responsible attitude.\n, • The ability to work independently and complete tasks without constant supervision.\n\n Experience in construction, property, interiors, home improvements, windows or doors would be beneficial but is not essential. \n A full UK driving licence would be helpful for occasional site visits. \n This role would suit someone who \n\n • Enjoys creating content personally rather than only planning campaigns.\n, • Is comfortable working mainly from an office.\n, • Can switch between marketing, customer communication and administration.\n, • Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.\n, • Enjoys working in a small, practical and fast-moving business.\n, • Is flexible when priorities change.\n, • Wants a varied role rather than a position focused only on marketing strategy.\n\n What we offer \n\n • A gross annual salary of £31,200.\n, • A full-time, permanent employed position.\n, • A comfortable and friendly working environment.\n, • A modern, high-performance computer suitable for video editing, design and content creation.\n, • Access to professional content-creation equipment, including a mirrorless camera, drone and other relevant accessories.\n, • Access to editing, design and marketing software.\n, • A 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday.\n, • A primarily office-based role.\n, • Opportunities to create content from real residential and commercial projects.\n, • Responsibility for content from initial idea through to publication.\n, • A varied position with the opportunity to develop as the company’s marketing activity grows.\n\n How to apply \n\n • Please submit: Your current CV.\n, • Examples of content you have personally created, such as videos, photographs, social media posts, advertisements or website projects.\n, • A brief explanation of your involvement in each example.\n, • A short note explaining why this combination of marketing and administrative work interests you.\n, • Your availability to start.\n, • Confirmation that you can commute to Hemel Hempstead.
