We are seeking a talented and passionate Cocktail Bar Tender to join our team at The Standard, a small, independent, family-run group of bars. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drinks and providing a memorable experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include: • Crafting a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails with precision and flair., • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages., • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner., • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area., • Managing inventory and restocking supplies., • Handling cash and processing payments accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced bar environment, a strong knowledge of spirits and mixology, and excellent customer service skills.
