    Join Our New Children's Home Registered Children's Home Manager and Responsible Individual (RI) Little Haven Children's Home is excited to announce that we will soon be opening a new children's home, and we are looking for passionate, experienced, and dedicated professionals to join us from the beginning of our journey. Registered Children's Home Manager Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the children's home. · Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and the Children's Homes Regulations. · Deliver outstanding care and positive outcomes for children and young people. · Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing staff team. · Promote safeguarding and a therapeutic, child-centred environment. · Ensure that the home is fully prepare the home for Ofsted registration and inspections. Essential Requirements: · Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare. · Significant experience in residential childcare. · Previous management or deputy management experience. · Excellent knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding. · Full UK driving licence essential. · Willingness to work shifts and weekends where requires. Responsible Individual (RI) Key Responsibilities: · Provide strategic oversight of the children's home. · Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of governance. · Support the Registered Manager while maintaining effective quality assurance. · Promote continuous improvement and positive outcomes for children. · Liaise with Ofsted and other relevant agencies. Essential Requirements: · Extensive senior leadership experience within children's residential services. · Thorough knowledge of the Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards. · Strong leadership, governance, and compliance experience. · Previous RI experience is essential.
