We are looking for someone to provide comprehensive, efficient administrative support to our client who is a Substance Misuse service. As a large part of the role will be based front of house within the Shrewsbury office, we are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have good people skills, are not easily flustered when challenged and feel comfortable talking to a wide range of clients with different needs. \n You will be part of our services support team, providing an all round adminstration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks. \n The role will require having access to both organisations data bases to assist in the co-ordination of care. You will assist in pulling together data to evidence the impact for our clients. \n Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 17:00 \n REQUIRED SKILLS \n To do this job successfully, you will need: \n\n • experience of providing great admin support in a busy environment\n, • the abillity to communicate effectively with a wide range of people\n, • to be confident working in a team environment, able to work collaboratively with everyone\n, • a good level of maths and english (verbal and written)\n, • to be organised, able to manage and prioritise you time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease\n, • a keen desire in personal and professional development\n, • good analytical skills with an eye for detail\n, • the strong ability to work under pressure effectively\n, • a can do, result-driven and positive attitude\n, • good IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media and a desire to develop your IT skills\n, • experience working with Google sheets/Excel\n\n
