The HRBP will report to the Head of HR Iberia and will partner with the operational managers on key initiatives that drive customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and business performance. /p h3What We Can Offer /h3 ul liChildcare vouchers to make family life a little easier /li liAccess to a comprehensive health insurance plan with Aegon, available at a preferential employee rate to help keep you and your loved ones covered /li liWellhub app access to get your game on with your favourite sporting activities and keeping you active /li liThe opportunity to enroll Generali’s pension scheme after your first year with the company, supporting your long‑term financial wellbeing and future planning /li liA flexible hybrid work setting giving you up to 52 days a year to work from home /li liA Pluxee restaurant card to treat yourself to great meals /li /ul h3Essential Functions /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with leaders and teams, ensuring HR strategies, processes and practices are effectively implemented and aligned with business objectives. /li liAct as a strategic partner to the business across all People Culture matters, providing expert HR guidance in a fast‑paced operational environment. /li liProvide purposeful, forward‑thinking coaching and feedback to managers and employees at all levels, addressing employee relations issues, performance challenges and organizational needs. /li liLead and manage Employee Relations activities, acting as a trusted advisor to managers in complex people matters to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes. /li liManage and oversee disciplinary processes, including investigations, sanctions, warnings and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with Spanish labour legislation and internal policies. /li liLead and support termination processes, including dismissals, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation and appropriate documentation. /li liEnsure company compliance with all existing government, labour and social security reporting requirements. /li liPartner in the preparation, review and management of all required HR documentation in compliance with Spanish labour law. /li liLead employee relations investigations related to policy breaches, misconduct, absenteeism, performance issues or legal violations, ensuring confidentiality, fairness and timely resolution. /li liAdvise managers on working time regulations, overtime authorisation, shift planning and cost control, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions when needed. /li liPartner with operational leaders in workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels across all departments, aligned with operational and budgetary needs. /li liDemonstrate strong judgement and thought leadership when making HR-related business decisions, balancing employee experience, operational needs and legal compliance. /li liTake accountability for continuously evaluating and improving the employee lifecycle, ensuring all processes are compliant, efficient, aligned with company values and fit for purpose. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
