If you relish the challenges of managing procurement activities while contributing to our dynamic, purpose‑led culture, let's connect your ambitions to our opportunities. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ulliInterface with Global Procurement: Coordinate with global teams to ensure proper supply alignment, execution of global strategies, and reporting. /liliSupplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers ensuring compliance with technical, legal, quality, and sustainability requirements. /liliSupplier Negotiation: Negotiate prices, delivery terms, service levels, payment terms, and commercial conditions. /liliCAPEX OPEX Procurement: Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement cycles related to equipment, engineering services, maintenance, and general indirect categories. /liliProject Coordination: Support and track cost‑improvement initiatives, CAPEX projects, and operational efficiency programs. /liliCross‑functional Collaboration: Engage with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Quality, Legal, Logistics, and other departments requiring procurement support. /liliContract Management: Prepare, negotiate, and monitor contract execution ensuring compliance and minimizing liabilities. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics or similar (Master's preferred). /liliExperience in procurement, supply chain, supplier management or related fields (preferably industrial or CAPEX/OPEX). /liliStrong negotiation, analytical and project management skills. /liliProficiency with SAP, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement tools (Ariba, Anaplan preferred). /liliFluent in English; Portuguese is a plus. /liliStrong communication abilities and ability to work cross‑functionally. /liliAutonomy, problem‑solving mindset, adaptability, and strong ownership orientation. /li /ulh3The skills for success /h3ulliSupply Chain Management /liliRelationship Management /liliBusiness Acumen /liliProductivity Management /liliImprove Business Processes /liliDistribution Logistics /liliLogistics Management /liliManagement of Third‑party Logistics Providers /liliSupply Chain Planning /liliVendor Negotiation /liliContract Negotiation /liliSupply Management /liliProcurement /li /ulh3What we offer /h3pWe believe great work deserves great rewards.
