ph3About the Role /h3pAs a Channel Manager, you will be the driving force behind Paid Social efforts, owning and optimizing its performance to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue support. You will move beyond simple execution to become a data‑led specialist who identifies key business segments and aligns channel performance with our broader business goals. The role reports directly to the Head of Paid Search Paid Social. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage and scale Paid Social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, driving revenue growth while achieving ROAS, payback, and key performance targets. /liliOwn Paid Social strategy across prospecting and retargeting campaigns, optimizing audiences, creative, messaging, and bidding to maximize performance. /liliManage large campaign budgets, pacing, and execution to ensure efficient spend and delivery against business goals. /liliAutomate Paid Social workflows at scale by leveraging AI automation tools. /liliOwn the end‑to‑end creative testing pipeline, designing hypotheses from performance data, iterating on creative concepts, and translating insights into actionable feedback for the content team. /liliDevelop audience strategies by leveraging first‑party data, platform capabilities, and insights to improve targeting and results. /liliLead initiatives across additional Paid Traffic channels (Paid Search, Paid Video, Display). Design experiments and incrementality studies to validate performance and identify growth opportunities. /liliCollaborate with Content, Analytics, Brand, and other teams to maintain a feedback loop and improve performance. /liliStay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and user behaviour to continuously evolve Paid Social strategies. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years of hands‑on Paid Social experience, with at least 2 years across Paid Search, Paid Video, or Programmatic Display. /liliDeep platform fluency across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other Paid Social platforms. /liliProven experience managing large budgets and analysing complex data to drive business results. /liliExperience building AI automation workflows for Paid Social or other Digital Marketing channels. /liliExperience with pixel management and conversion tracking to ensure data integrity. /liliData‑driven mindset with strong quantitative skills, analysing performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, engagement, and ROAS. /liliStrong understanding of digital measurement, attribution, and incrementality. /liliExperience using Tableau, Looker, GA4, or similar analytics platforms. /liliExperience using A/B testing and experimentation to improve creative, audience targeting, bidding, and messaging. /liliExperience working with strong brand guidelines and eye for high‑quality creative execution. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication in English; experience presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders. /liliEnthusiasm for constant change and willingness to learn in the digital marketing landscape. /liliNot mandatory but desirable: experience with SQL BI tools, SaaS/PLG knowledge, knowledge of Semrush products and tools. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliUnlimited PTO. /liliTeam‑building budget allowance. /liliEmployee Support Program. /liliLoss‑of‑family‑member financial aid. /li /ulh3About Semrush /h3pSemrush is the leading brand visibility platform, empowering marketers to command their online presence and create measurable impact.
