Regulatory Governance Authorities Liaison /b ul liServe as the official corporate representative and primary technical contact for Spanish regulatory bodies regarding Law 31/1995 (PRL) and labor inspections (Inspección de Trabajo). /li liEnsure company-wide operations align strictly with critical industrial decrees, including RD 337/2014 (high‑voltage electrical safety) and RD 1215/1997 (work equipment safety). /li liDraft, finalize, and sign off on high‑level HSE standard operating procedures before they are deployed across the portfolio. /li /ul /li lib2. IMS Oversight Audit Management /b ul liDrive the continuous improvement and strategic alignment of ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 9001 (Quality) frameworks. /li liOversee the preparation, execution, and close‑out of both internal corporate audits and external third‑party certification audits. /li liEnsure that conditional requirements from Environmental Impact Assessments (DIAs) are successfully integrated into long‑term site operations. /li /ul /li lib3. High‑Risk Oversight Incident Command /b ul liDefine, approve, and validate the safety frameworks (such as complex LOTO and electrical switching programs) for high‑risk heavy maintenance, including blade repairs, gearbox changes, and substation shutdowns. /li liPersonally lead or direct investigations for high‑potential "near misses" or serious incidents using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, ensuring corrective action plans prevent recurrence. /li /ul /li lib4.
