This critical greenfield deployment phase requires the founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution. This position is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented logistics coordinator who excels at system-driven exception management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication within a high-volume transport network. /p h3The Mission Core Scope /h3 pThe mission is to monitor, track, and rapidly resolve all delivery exceptions, customer claims, and carrier transport issues via the corporate work order system, minimizing delivery cycle times and safeguarding the customer experience. The scope is to take full operational ownership of the ticketing and work order queue for Madrid delivery operations, serving as the critical administrative bridge between outbound warehouse teams, 1PL/3PL carriers, and central Customer Service. /p h3Crucial Expectations Performance Target /h3 ul liWork Order Resolution Speed (SLA): Consistently meet corporate targets for ticket resolution times, ensuring that delivery issues, returns, and address corrections are processed within strict hourly windows. /li liSystem Data Integrity: Ensure near-perfect data accuracy when logging transport exceptions, cargo damage reports, and customer delivery modifications within the Transport Management System (TMS). /li liCarrier Coordination Efficiency: Establish highly responsive communication channels with 1PL drivers and 3PL partners to instantly push update requests, re-routing instructions, and return approvals. /li liProcess Auditing Root-Cause Tracking: Categorize and analyze recurring work order bottlenecks (e.g., specific zip codes with high failure rates) to provide actionable data insights to the Delivery Operations Manager. /li /ul h3Position Requirement /h3 ul liGreenfield Launch Expertise: Verified background working within a transport administration, customer service logistics, or control tower data processing environment during a network setup or rapid scale-up phase. /li liSystems Ticketing Fluency: Strong experience managing CRM systems, ERPs, or custom ticketing software (such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or proprietary TMS/WMS platforms). Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. /li liLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to handle local carrier escalations and provide clear corporate reporting to international teams.
