ppPosition Summary: Learfield is actively seeking a Partnership Solutions Coordinator to work on campus. Our Coordinators are essential to Learfield and our properties’ success. We are looking for an experienced and well‑organized Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the team. The goal is to execute partnership elements to ensure an enjoyable Game Day experience for partners and fans. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic team environment and have prior sales support experience, we want to meet you! /ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as liaison between corporate partners, property staff and the Athletic Department /liliManage and track all marketing inventory for the property /liliCreate and deliver marketing contracts and agreements /liliAssist property staff with all fulfillment needs for signage, radio, print, digital and events /liliAssist the General Manager with expense reporting, invoicing, and other budgetary needs /liliAssist with corporate hospitality, tickets, in‑game promotions and other activities /liliManage game program sales for select sporting events /liliManage all game day Property Assistants for select sports programs /liliWork with game day Property Assistants to provide POP (Proof of Performances) for in‑venue sponsorship elements /liliProspecting for potential corporate partners /li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3ulliExcellent communication and organizational skills /liliHigh level of initiative, specifically in the areas of sales generation and process improvement /liliStrong focus on quality of work and attention to detail /liliAble to lead and motivate others /liliResults‑driven; willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal /liliAble to develop and maintain strong relationships across many demographics /liliStrong aptitude for learning; highly curious /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) /liliMust be able to work 40 hours per week including home games and select sporting event /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in business, sports administration, marketing, advertising or other related field /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliMedical, Dental, Vision /liliHealth Savings Account /liliLife Insurance and Other Insurance Plans /liliFlexible Paid Time Off (minimum 10+ days annually) /liliParental Leave /lili20 Paid Holidays /lili401(k) + Match /liliShort/Long Term Disability /li /ulpLeave benefits are consistent with state and local laws, including the Colorado Health Families and Workplaces Act. /ppEmployment in this position with Learfield is on an at‑will basis.
