The Opportunity We are currently seeking a full‑time Analyst, Structured Finance & Automation to join our Corporate Finance team – an early‑career role at the intersection of structured finance and AI‑driven automation. This hands‑on, execution‑focused position is ideal for someone in the first years of their career eager to learn the mechanics of structured finance while actively building the automated, AI‑powered infrastructure that runs it. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Finance, you will own the analytical rigor of our funding facilities and the automation mandate reshaping how we operate them. You will support the full execution cycle across SeQura’s funding facilities—transfer of receivables, rebate and concentration‑limit monitoring, financial reporting and compliance with facility documents—while building automated workflows that make those processes faster, more reliable and easier to audit. Working closely with senior colleagues, you will contribute to financial modelling for new business lines, help build and review reporting, and validate that every receivable is correctly recognised. We are looking for someone with genuine eagerness to automate—using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and other AI platforms—to build automated workflows for controls, reconciliation and reporting, with guidance from the wider team on more complex tasks. This is your place if you are proactive, hands‑on, fluent with data, and excited to help build the automated, AI‑driven backbone of a fast‑growing fintech. What we are looking for • Dynamic and adaptable candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and suggests new ideas, • Proactive thinker with a natural ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, • Openness to change and ability to easily adjust to shifting priorities and new challenges, • Strong communicator and skilled listener who responds to the needs of others, • Creative problem‑solver who continuously looks for ways to improve processes and procedures, • Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborates effectively with colleagues from different departments, • Critical and analytical thinker who conveys ideas clearly and persuasively, • Confident and assertive, yet empathetic and able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, • Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail, • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in an ever‑changing business environment Your personal challenge In order to help our financial team to grow, you will be focusing on: • Ensuring data integrity across the Treasury and Facilities teams—maintaining accurate, complete and aligned data flows as the foundation that supports everything else., • Supporting the operational and analytical execution across all of SeQura’s facilities: transfer of receivables, rebate and concentration‑limit monitoring, and monthly financial reporting., • Helping implement a single facility‑management software platform—making sure every legal agreement is faithfully tied to how the facility actually operates, so contracts, controls and reporting all run from one source of truth., • Ensuring every step complies with how each facility is structured in its underlying documents, and validating that all receivables are correctly recognised and reported., • Bridging contracts and code: reviewing the facility agreements to extract the key parameters and verifying that the same logic and values are correctly implemented in production systems., • Assisting with financial modelling for new types of business, and helping prepare recurring and ad‑hoc reporting., • Co‑ordinating with stakeholders across the facilities—including lenders and potential equity investors—supporting senior colleagues on these relationships., • Building AI‑driven automations—using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and similar platforms—to streamline controls, reconciliation and reporting workflows, learning and growing this skill set with support from the team., • Supporting investor due diligence and helping prepare presentations for lenders, equity investors and other counterparties., • Collaborating in the preparation and development of investor and corporate‑oriented materials, including quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, Q&A and other associated materials., • Documenting processes and mapping workflows as you go—building a strong, traceable record of how the facility function operates to lay the groundwork for solid governance and internal‑audit readiness., • Clustering and maintaining these automations in a central, well‑documented repository so they work consistently across the finance function., • Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Your first 6 months We have a clear ramp‑up path designed to set you up for success: • Months 1–2 — Understand the business: get deep into the facilities, the Treasury‑Facilities data flows and the underlying facility documents., • Months 3–4 — Generate small automations: identify repetitive controls and reconciliation steps and start automating them with AI tools., • Months 5–6 — Automate reporting and consolidate: build out automated reports, support the rollout of a single facility‑management software platform, and cluster all your automations into a working, shared repository across the finance function.
