This person will lead, optimise, and oversee business operations related to the lifecycle of wind projects, ensuring operational excellence, maximisation of commercial performance, and strategic coordination among sales, operations, engineering, PMO, and clients. /p pThe role acts as a link between commercial strategy, client needs, and project execution, ensuring that commercial agreements are translated into profitable, competitive projects delivered in accordance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. This person will perform the following tasks: /p pbYOUR TASKS: /b /p h3Commercial Strategy and Leadership /h3 ul liDefine and execute the strategy for commercial operations, aligning it with the objectives of the wind business at both national and international levels. /li liRepresent the company in commercial, regulatory, and technological forums within the wind sector. /li /ul h3Bid and Proposal Management /h3 ul liOversee the preparation of complex bids, including planning, technical scope, and commercial terms. /li liEnsure the quality and consistency of commercial proposals by coordinating inputs from engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and operations. /li /ul h3Negotiation, Processes, and Performance /h3 ul liManage key negotiations with strategic clients. /li liOptimise commercial execution processes to ensure appropriate timelines, costs, and service levels. /li liMonitor critical performance indicators, including conversion rates, backlog, profitability, forecasts, and margins. /li /ul h3Internal Coordination and Communication /h3 ul liLead communication and coordination among sales, PMO, supply chain, and production teams. /li liEnsure a smooth transition between the commercial phase and project execution. /li /ul h3Risk, Safety, and Sustainability Management /h3 ul liAssess and mitigate commercial, operational, regulatory, logistical, and environmental risks. /li liEnsure compliance with industrial safety and sustainability standards, including ESG criteria. /li /ul pbYOUR PROFILE: /b /p ul liUniversity degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field. /li liA Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Commercial Management, or an MBA is desirable. /li liHigh level of English, equivalent to C1. /li /ul pbYOUR BENEFITS /b /p pIn addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: /p pSome offers may vary by location. /p pNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
