Your Responsibilities • Provide technical customer support via phone and email., • Handle Level 1–2 technical incidents and service-related queries., • Register and follow up customer cases using CRM and ticketing systems., • Deliver high-quality customer experience in Portuguese, English, and Spanish., • Escalate complex cases following internal procedures and quality standards., • Support customers in a professional and solution-oriented way as a teleoperador/a specialist. What We Offer • Permanent contract from day one., • Full-time schedule (39h/week)., • Monday to Friday shifts between 9:00 and 19:00., • Hybrid model:, • 3 days on-site in Madrid, • Remote work on Mondays and Fridays, • Competitive salary: 22,000 – 23,000 € gross/year., • Paid training during working hours., • Career development opportunities within Foundever., • International and multicultural work environment.
