ph3Senior EMEA Order Management Specialist /h3 pThis role focuses on building a scalable, automation‑ready Order Management function for the EMEA region, supporting the end‑to‑end order lifecycle from customer commitment to fulfillment coordination. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn and support EMEA order management activities from customer commitment and purchase intent through booking readiness and downstream handoff. /li liAct as a regional control point for order completeness, ensuring commercial, customer, product, fulfillment, billing, support, and operational requirements are properly captured before booking. /li liPartner with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Revenue, Systems, Logistics, Fulfillment, Support, and Product teams to resolve order blockers and improve handoffs. /li liHelp define and strengthen order readiness criteria, booking controls, exception handling, and ownership across the Quote‑to‑Cash process. /li liSupport the transition from manual, email‑driven processes to structured Salesforce / CPQ‑driven workflows, dashboards, and exception‑based order management. /li liIdentify recurring order issues, data gaps, PO/quote misalignment, missing fulfillment inputs, and downstream process breaks, and help convert them into process improvements or system requirements. /li liContribute to automation initiatives, including order readiness workflows, required field logic, PO vs quote validation, AI‑assisted document comparison, automated order packages, and operational dashboards. /li liSupport non‑standard product / NSP readiness by coordinating with relevant product, systems, and downstream teams to ensure product, pricing, and fulfillment readiness before booking. /li liProvide regional insight into EMEA order trends, blocked orders, manual work drivers, customer‑specific requirements, and improvement opportunities. /li liHelp document SOPs, process maps, controls, and best practices that can scale across EMEA and support a global Order Management operating model. /li liCollaborate with other regional OM team members and provide support across regions when needed, including flexibility to work across time zones for critical business needs. /li liAct as a trusted partner to leadership by providing clear visibility into process gaps, operational risks, automation opportunities, and order management readiness. /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul liStrong experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Quote‑to‑Cash / Order‑to‑Cash processes. /li liGood understanding of Salesforce, CPQ, ERP/Oracle, billing, fulfillment, and cross‑functional order handoffs. /li liAbility to understand complex hardware, software, support, subscription, services, renewal, and non‑standard product order flows. /li liStrong process improvement mindset with interest in automation, AI, system controls, dashboards, and scalable operating models. /li liAbility to work with senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Revenue, Systems, Product, Support, and Operations. /li liStrong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. /li liHigh attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in a changing environment while helping build structure. /li /ul h3DDN Core Characteristics /h3 ul liSelf‑Starter – Takes independent action to identify and solve problems, seeks relevant information to make decisions, and gets involved with new initiatives. /li liSuccess/Achievement Orientation – Delivers quality results consistently, targets and achieves measurable results, sets challenging goals, focuses on critical priorities, and is accountable. /li liProblem Solving – Recognizes problems and responds with a systematic assessment that identifies and addresses the cause of issues.
