We are seeking a dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) CDL Class A Driver to join our family-oriented company as an independent contractor (1099). This role is crucial for the safe and timely delivery of temperature-sensitive goods using a reefer trailer across long distances, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. We value professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities: • Transport temperature-sensitive freight safely and efficiently across long distances., • Operate a reefer trailer, ensuring proper temperature control and cargo integrity., • Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies., • Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately., • Maintain communication with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and any unforeseen issues. Qualifications: • Valid CDL Class A license., • Possess a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)., • Proven experience with Over-the-Road (OTR) driving., • Experience with reefer trailers is highly preferred., • Strong commitment to safety and reliability., • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
