Job Description Permanent Choice is growing in Rochester, and we're looking for an outgoing, client-focused professional to fill a one-of-a-kind hybrid role: part laser hair removal & electrolysis technician, part community connector. If you love building relationships as much as you love helping clients feel confident in their own skin, this could be the perfect fit. As our Client Care & Community Outreach Specialist, you'll be the face of Permanent Choice in Rochester — delivering top-notch client care in the clinic while building our presence throughout the community through networking, local partnerships, and events. What You'll Do • Provide laser hair removal and electrolysis services to clients with the same high standard of care as all Permanent Choice technicians, • Represent Permanent Choice at local networking events, chamber of commerce meetings, wellness expos, and community mixers, • Build relationships with complementary local businesses (med spas, salons, dermatology offices, gyms, bridal shops, etc.) for referral partnerships and cross-promotion, • Support our local social media presence with "meet your technician" content, behind-the-scenes posts, and event recaps, • Help plan and host periodic clinic open houses and "meet the tech" community events, • Track and report on new clients and leads generated through outreach efforts, • Communicate regularly with clinic leadership on outreach activities and partnership opportunities What We're Looking For • Licensed esthetician, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — genuinely comfortable meeting new people and building relationships, • Self-motivated with the confidence to represent our brand out in the community, • Reliable, organized, and able to balance hands-on client care with outreach responsibilities Schedule Part-time, with a set weekly schedule plus flexibility to grow. Additional days, hours, and outreach time are open for discussion as the role and client base expand.
