Job DescriptionDescription: Responsibilities: • Operate CNC laser cutting machines in a manufacturing environment, • Interpret basic blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions, • Demonstrate knowledge of metal fabrication processes and materials, • Load sheets of steel onto the laser bed using an overhead crane, • Unload finished parts from the laser machine and stage for next operations, • Monitor machine performance and report issues or defects, • Maintain a safe and organized work area by following all safety procedures and regulations, • Support production and organizational goals by taking ownership of assigned tasks and adapting to new or changing requirements, • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and overall job performanceRequirements: Qualifications: • Prior experience operating CNC machinery preferred, • Basic understanding of metal fabrication, • Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings, • Experience using cranes or material handling equipment is a plus, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
