Job DescriptionSalary: The Porter is responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings of multi-family residential grounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Meticulouslyupkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, trash enclosures (power wash when necessary) and other community buildings., • Removes trash from office areas and apartment communityBBQ areas., • Assistsin the preparation of market ready units., • Assists in the cleaning/turning of available apartments and models., • Upkeep laundry room facilities., • Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and common areas to the office., • Meticulously maintain curb appeal., • Clean cobwebs from carports, laundry rooms, office, and all building exteriors., • Ensures that unsafe conditions are corrected in a timely manner., • Learns and ensures compliance with all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
