This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, support daily restaurant operations, and assist with catered events such as weddings, corporate functions, private dinners, and hotel gatherings. Responsibilities • Deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized service to restaurant guests, hotel guests, and catering clients, • Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating, and ensure a smooth arrival experience, • Take accurate food and beverage orders while managing multiple tables and guest requests efficiently, • Present menus, daily specials, and beverage selections while answering questions and providing recommendations, • Assist guests with menu selections by suggesting appropriate food and beverage pairings, • Provide knowledgeable descriptions of dishes, ingredients, preparation methods, and special menu items, • Serve food and beverages with proper timing, presentation, and attention to detail, • Maintain clean and organized dining areas by clearing tables, resetting place settings, and assisting with overall restaurant appearance, • Refill beverages, monitor guest satisfaction, and respond promptly to guest needs or concerns, • Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure accurate timely order delivery and running orders, • Perform banquet and catering operations, including event setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup, • Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations while providing professional guest service, • Perform daily set up and cleanup of restaurant as part of duties, • Taking call and carry orders as part of room service Qualifications & Skills Hospitality & Customer Service: A strong commitment to creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive, and professional service. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with guests, team members, kitchen staff, and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards for order accuracy, food presentation, table setup, service timing, and guest preferences. Food & Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage pairings to provide informed recommendations. Multitasking & Teamwork: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a busy restaurant and event environment.
