Job Description & Requirements\n \n • Specialty: Home Health\n, • Discipline: RN\n, • Start Date: 08/03/2026\n, • Duration: 14 weeks\n, • 40 hours per week\n, • Shift: 8 hours, days\n, • Employment Type: Local Contract\n \n \n Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients. \n \n Compensation: \n \n • Local Pay: $53–$58/hour (W-2)\n, • Travel Pay: $2,400–$2,550 gross per week\n, • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile (from first patient to last patient)\n \n Site1: Newburgh, NY, 12550; Coverage Areas: See Newburgh NY territory \n Site2: Amherst, NY, 14221: Coverage Areas – Erie County. \n \n Schedule details (hours per day/week): 40 HOURS MINIMUM WEEK \n \n Productivity expectations: 3O POINTS \n \n On Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes (Not mandatory) \n \n Schedule details (hours per day/week): Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm \n Responsibilities: \n \n • Provide skilled home health nursing care including comprehensive patient assessments, wound care, IV therapy/management, patient and caregiver education, and accurate documentation while meeting a productivity expectation of 30 points per week.\n, • Coordinate patient care by collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, participating in the Friday-to-Friday on-call rotation (one week per month), maintaining an active New York RN license, and delivering high-quality care during daytime 40-hour work weeks.\n \n \n Must have qualifications/experience: HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED What skills/attributes are nice to have, and will set a candidate apart?
