Argenta is currently looking to fill the role Manufacturing Operator at our Shawnee, KS, location Responsibilities • Comply with all workplace standards and safety procedures, including Lockout Tagout, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Occupational Safety and Health Administration requirements (OSHA), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Company Guidelines., • Perform the daily setup and routine operation of the packaging line, including but not limited to: bottle in-feed, unscrambler, filler, bottle capper, torquer, labeler, vision systems, weighing systems, bar coding systems, sealers, disassembly/assembly, cleaning, resolving equipment stoppages and jams, and all material handling as trained., • Inspect packaging components, in-process items, and packaged drug products to assure compliance to specifications, identify any non-conforming item and initiate appropriate actions., • Palletize both finished and unfinished products and operate non-motorized material handling equipment., • Complete, maintain, and update production documentation (both electronic and paper) to perform material movements, material take-outs and yield determinations by following SOPs and utilizing systems as required such as Systems/Applications/Products (SAP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Electronic Batch Records (EBRs), etc., • Take ownership of training and learning to develop high performance competencies such as technical skills, communication skills, and skills to build a team-oriented, customer focused, and collaborative culture., • Meet the production schedules outlined by line lead and/or Supervision. Job Description Overview Since inception in 2004, BI Incorporated has operated ISAP for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). ISAP is an essential part of ERO, providing intensive supervision of individuals in immigration proceedings. The program achieves positive results by combining comprehensive case management with proven supervision technology. In addition, BI maintains an extensive list of community-based partners to provide critical assistance for participants' basic life needs. With consistent positive outcomes, ISAP continues to grow and evolve, serving an ever-increasing number of participants. Responsibilities Summary: Provides case management of Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP) participants from entry to release by administering the program’s policies and procedures as defined by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Develops, implements, coordinates, reviews and updates case management and individual service plans for ISAP participants in conformance with state and federal regulations and program requirements. Meets with participants face-to-face regularly as required by contractual obligations., • Develops and maintains accurate and complete case records for all ISAP participants from entry to release from ISAP. Proactively manages cases using all appropriate tools and techniques. Maintains confidentiality of all records., • Conducts intake interview and orientation session with each ISAP participant within contractual timeframes and requirements., • Installs electronic monitoring equipment on ISAP participants as necessary and monitors compliance with electronic monitoring program., • Assists ISAP participants with acquiring travel documents from the countries of citizenship. Maintains a log of travel document information for each participant., • Evaluates English proficiency of ISAP participants to determine resources necessary to promote clear communication between ISAP staff and participants., • Coordinates and facilitates translation services for ISAP participants, including emergency translation services., • Connects participants with community resources including, but not limited to, transportation, medical, food, shelter, clothing, educational, financial, legal, religious and other social adjustment or facilitative resources. Identifies and coordinates services as required., • Supervises ISAP participants while in Company offices., • Establishes schedules for ISAP participants that include, but are not limited to, counseling sessions, immigration Court appearances, and access to legal services., • Coordinates with participants to ensure attendance at legal orientation and cultural orientation sessions, as well as supplemental services evaluations., • Reviews individual service plans, conducts risk/needs assessments and writes progress reports on a regular basis in compliance with contractual obligations., • Reports on program violations in a timely manner using established reporting parameters., • Conducts home visits to verify participants’ places of residence in compliance with contractual obligations., • Performs emergency counseling for ISAP participants as needed., • Identifies and maintains relationships with translation resources in the community, including private services, volunteers, universities, English as a Second Language (ESL) schools, NGOs, churches, and other organizations that might have resources to offer., • Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED., • Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice or related field preferred., • At least two (2) years of customer service or case management experience required; experience in fields related to law, social work, detention, corrections or working with multi-cultural clients preferred., • Bilingual English/Spanish required., • Valid driver’s license required and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle in order to perform home visits., • United States citizenship required., • Must live in the U.S. 3 of the last 5 years (military and study abroad included)., • Effective verbal and written communication skills with employees, community contacts, government officials and participants. Ability to interpret and articulate rules, orders, instructions and materials. Ability to compose reports., • Demonstrated sound judgment and even temperament. Job Summary: The Director of Sewing Operations leads sewing production and quality control across three facilities in two cities. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, organizational policies, and client requirements. The Director manages production scheduling, supervises diverse teams (including sighted and visually impaired employees), oversees departmental budgets, and maintains a strong commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple locations. Essential Functions: Multi-Facility Production Oversight • Lead daily sewing operations across three facilities, including scheduling, morning rallies, and internal meetings., • Ensure all production orders are completed accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards., • Oversee large-scale and small-batch sewing production, including design development, pattern making, grading, and markers., • Monitor raw material availability and request approvals for additional supplies as needed., • Direct equipment maintenance, fabric inventory, and production efficiency testing across all sites., • Manage government-military sewing projects (DLA, NIB) and ensure compliance with delivery requirements. Quality Control • Establish and enforce commitment to quality as the highest departmental priority across all facilities., • Supervise Quality Control Specialists and oversee inspection, testing, and measurement of materials and finished products., • Recommend and implement adjustments to sewing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy., • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality control standards. Team Leadership & HR Collaboration • Recruit, train, evaluate, and motivate sewing team members in collaboration with HR., • Conduct performance reviews, disciplinary measures, and promotions as appropriate., • Work closely with Rehabilitation Services to provide accommodations and devices for visually impaired employees., • Monitor staff productivity, strengths, and training needs, ensuring safety and ergonomic requirements are met., • Submit timely reports on employee performance and departmental issues. Job Description Traveling Roofing Laborer – Historic Government Projects Jaxon Construction, Inc. is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Roofing Laborers to work on historic government construction projects throughout the United States. This position is ideal for experienced roofers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and understand that historic roofing requires patience, precision, and respect for the original structure. Our projects may include historic government buildings, military facilities, national parks, cemeteries, and other federally protected properties. About the Position As a Traveling Roofing Laborer, you will assist with installing, repairing, restoring, and replacing historic roofing systems. You must be able to follow instructions, work carefully, and complete each task according to project drawings, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and historic preservation standards. Travel is required because projects are located nationwide. Per diem and approved travel expenses are paid by the company.
