Job Description Louisiana Statewide Disaster Case Management Program. Join Our Team and Help Louisiana Communities Recover We are seeking qualified, mission-driven professionals to support a large-scale disaster recovery and case management program serving disaster-affected individuals and families throughout Louisiana. We are recruiting for multiple leadership, operations, case management, administrative, financial, compliance, and support positions. Successful candidates will be committed to helping disaster survivors navigate recovery resources, develop recovery plans, and achieve long-term stability while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and customer service. Available Positions: Program Management • Program Manager, • Quality Assurance / Compliance Lead, • Finance and Contracting Lead, • Data / Reporting Analyst, • Administrative Assistant Case Management Operations • Case Management Supervisor, • Lead Disaster Case Manager, • Disaster Case Manager Additional Services • Resource / Referral Coordinator Position Qualifications Program Manager Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required., • Minimum six (6) years of experience in disaster recovery, human services, or case management, including at least three (3) years supporting FEMA Individual Assistance (IA), Disaster Case Management (DCM), or comparable programs., • Experience managing multi-jurisdictional casework operations and supervising teams of 20 or more staff., • Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 requirements., • Knowledge of Stafford Act §426 and duplication-of-benefits requirements. Quality Assurance / Compliance Lead Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required., • Minimum five (5) years of experience in quality assurance, monitoring, or compliance within federally funded programs., • Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200, Privacy Act requirements, PII safeguards, case file review processes, and corrective action planning., • Experience designing and implementing quality assurance sampling and monitoring plans. Finance and Contracting Lead Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field., • Minimum five (5) years of financial management experience., • Experience preparing FEMA and GOHSEP reimbursement documentation., • Knowledge of federal grant management and contracting requirements preferred. Data / Reporting Analyst Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree required., • Minimum three (3) years of experience developing dashboards and exportable reports from case management systems or similar information systems., • Experience with reporting tools, data validation, and data quality controls., • Ability to securely manage Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Administrative Assistant Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office software applications., • Experience supporting program operations, records management, and documentation processes preferred. Case Management Supervisor Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field., • Minimum five (5) years of case management experience, including at least two (2) years supervising case managers., • Knowledge of disaster recovery planning, unmet-needs assessments, confidentiality standards, and survivor-centered service delivery., • Ability to supervise Disaster Case Managers, review case quality, and ensure compliance with program standards. Lead Disaster Case Manager Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field., • Minimum four (4) years of case management experience, including disaster-related or crisis case management., • Experience managing complex cases and providing mentorship and technical guidance to case management staff., • Strong knowledge of intake, assessment, recovery planning, and resource coordination processes. Disaster Case Manager Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience., • Minimum two (2) years of case management or related human services experience., • Ability to conduct assessments, develop survivor-driven recovery plans, coordinate referrals, maintain accurate case documentation, and protect confidential information and PII. Resource / Referral Coordinator Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience., • Minimum three (3) years of experience coordinating community resources, Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD), Long-Term Recovery Groups (LTRGs), or similar networks., • Knowledge of federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community-based disaster recovery resources., • Strong relationship-building and community engagement skills. Work Location Positions may be based throughout Louisiana and may require travel within assigned service areas, including disaster-affected communities.
