Job Description Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician – School-Based | Lancaster, CA | $24/hr ProCare Therapy is hiring a Paraprofessional / Behavior Technician for a school-based position in Lancaster, California. This role offers consistent hours and the opportunity to support students with behavioral and academic needs in a collaborative educational setting.
