The Opportunity We are seeking success-driven customer service team players. Key Responsibilities • Collections Management: Manage daily outreach via calls and messages to negotiate payment agreements and follow up on commitments., • Campaigns and Prospecting: Execute renewal campaigns, manage leads, and schedule appointments with clients., • Customer Service: Use active listening to identify client needs and deliver effective solutions., • Administration and Operations: Support log control, maintain office order, and perform general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality consistent with scheduled shifts, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to company policies and fostering teamwork.
