ProVention Plus is hiring our first dedicated, boots-on-the-ground sales professional based in the Central Texas market. You will work directly with the owner to establish our field sales pipeline, travel 40% of the time across the region and beyond, and spearhead new logo acquisition with major industrial, safety, and enterprise corporate clients across the nation. \n \n Because you are pioneering this department, you will start as a pure hunter but will play a pivotal role in shaping our foundational sales infrastructure and playbooks from the ground up, earning a direct track into sales leadership as we scale. \n \n About ProVention Plus \n \n At ProVention Plus, we keep workforces moving, healthy, and built for longevity. We partner with heavy industrial, data center, and enterprise clients to provide onsite movement coaching, proactive injury prevention, and specialized ergonomic wellness programming. We are entering a phase of rapid expansion and are seeking a hunter-minded, Central Texas-based sales professional to drive new client acquisition, champion our brand on the ground, and serve as an extension of leadership in the field. \n \n The Role: Technical Field Sales \n \n This is a high-octane, field-first revenue generation role designed for a resilient "road warrior" who thrives in gritty, active environments. You are not managing administrative spreadsheets from home; you are on the ground expanding our market footprint nationwide. \n \n Your unique edge in this role comes from education. You will undergo deep internal training to become an expert in our exact protocols, modalities, and movement philosophies. This technical literacy will allow you to sell to C-suite and corporate leaderhip, accurately educate clients on what we do (and don't) do, and serve as leadership’s "eyes and ears" on the ground to spot-check, support, and coach our onsite team to ensure A+ execution of the ProVention Program. \n \n Key Responsibilities \n \n 1. Strategic B2B Sales & Account Expansion (90% of Time) \n\n • Corporate Closing: Prospect, pitch, and close high-value, six-figure B2B contracts with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and Safety VPs by confidently explaining our proactive longevity and injury prevention programming.\n, • Onsite Prospecting: Capitalize on your travel days. While visiting existing regional and national accounts (e.g., major data centers), actively network with neighboring contractors, identify decision-makers, and secure cold sales meetings on the spot.\n, • Land & Expand Strategy: Meet face-to-face with current client stakeholders to ensure total satisfaction, review KPI's, and pitch service expansions to their other sites across the country.\n, • Grassroots Program Promotion: Walk the jobsite to build brand awareness, meet with foremen and safety supervisors, and deliver high-energy presentations (like safety huddles or toolbox talks) to drive maximum participant utilization.\n\n 1. Field Immersion, Quality & Pitch Refinement (10% of Time) \n\n • Leadership Extension & Field Immersion: Serve as a direct extension of ownership while onsite. Observe local movement coaches in various territories not just as an auditor, but as a practitioner-salesperson using the field as a living laboratory to deeply understand real-world program delivery.\n, • Pitch Tweaking & Real-Time Intelligence: Gain firsthand experience with workforce responses, coach interactions, and client feedback on the ground. Use these real-time insights to continuously refine and sharpen your corporate sales pitch, overcoming objections before they happen.\n, • Team Elevation: Use your internal training and hands-on site knowledge to support and coach onsite team members, ensuring our service delivery remains flawless across all national territories while relaying key site observations back to ownership.\n\n \n Position Requirements & Qualifications \n \n\n • Bilingual Fluency: Must be fluent in English and Spanish. You can seamlessly pivot from delivering a data-driven ROI presentation to a corporate executive board in English to hosting a motivational safety huddle for a field workforce in Spanish.\n, • Non-Negotiable Travel: 40%+ consistent travel (2 or more days every single week, via car and/or plane) to regional jobsites, national accounts, and prospect meetings. You must be comfortable staying at standard business/airport hotels.\n, • Proven Sales Track Record: 3+ years of experience in corporate B2B sales, industrial outside sales, equipment rental sales, construction-product sales, or facility service sales. You are a self-starter who thrives on hitting growth targets.\n, • The "Aptitude to Learn": While a clinical background isn't required, you must possess the drive and physical capacity to master our human movement modalities so you can speak with absolute authority to clients and audit coaches accurately.\n, • Elite Communication & Charisma: A natural relationship-builder who can connect instantly with an industrial field crew just as effectively as a C-suite executive.\n, • Vehicle Mandate: Must possess a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license.\n\n \n Compensation & Perks \n \n\n • Competitive Base Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 (dependent on experience).\n, • Uncapped Cumulative Residuals: Build a true book of business with a 24-month stacking commission model—earn 4% on new Year 1 revenue, plus a 2% secondary payout as accounts mature into Year 2, allowing your income to compound year-over-year.\n, • Target Earnings (OTE):\n\n Year 1 OTE: $150,000+ \n Year 2 OTE: $200,000+ (as residual portfolio compounds) \n\n • Upfront Milestone Bonuses: Cash bonus on first cleared invoice per account.\n, • Health Package: Comprehensive Medical and Dental insurance options.\n, • Vehicle Program: $500/month car allowance + corporate gas card covering 100% of travel fuel.\n, • Travel Expenses: 100% company-covered nationwide travel (flights, business hotels, and daily meal per diem).\n, • Wellness & Gear: Monthly fitness/wellness stipend + annual budget for branded jobsite apparel and safety boots.\n\n \n What Success Looks Like ("Winning" in this Role) \n \n\n • Aggressive Revenue Growth: A consistent influx of new signed contracts and successfully expanded regional and national accounts.\n, • High Onsite Engagement: Program adoption and participant utilization thrive across your territory due to your relentless promotion and relationship-building with jobsite leadership.\n, • Flawless Brand Alignment: Onsite teams are unified, motivated, and practicing at an A+ level because of your technical oversight and supportive coaching.\n, • Infrastructure Pioneering: You successfully help ownership test, refine, and document a repeatable B2B sales playbook that serves as the foundation to onboard, train, and scale future sales tiers.\n\n \n To Apply \n \n Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter detailing your B2B sales experience, your comfort level with weekly travel, and why you are excited to become a technical expert and ambassador for workforce longevity.
