Sigma is committed to creating adiverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunities employer. our business.Outline of roleThe Programme Manager isresponsible for leading the operational administration team and overseeing theday-to-day delivery of activity across the Shared User operation. The rolefocuses on people management, operational performance, project delivery andcontinuous improvement, ensuring all work is effectively planned, prioritisedand completed on time, in full and within agreed budgets.Working closely with theAccount Manager, warehouse teams and key stakeholders, the Programme Managerwill ensure operational risks are proactively identified and managed, costs arecontrolled, and processes are followed consistently.
