The Role • Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the service and deputise in their absence., • Lead, supervise and develop nursing and support staff., • Maintain high standards of clinical care, care planning, medication management and safeguarding., • Promote independence, dignity and choice for residents., • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders., • Support service performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. About You • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration., • Experience in a senior nursing, clinical lead or deputy management position., • Strong leadership and team management skills., • Excellent understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding and regulatory requirements., • Passionate about delivering exceptional care and positive outcomes.
