Food Safety & Compliance • Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH and Health & Safety regulations., • Maintain accurate food safety records and temperature logs., • Ensure all team members hold appropriate food hygiene knowledge and training., • Keep the kitchen inspection-ready at all times. Business Performance • Work with management to improve kitchen efficiency and profitability., • Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials., • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and service., • Support new menu launches with recipe development, costings and staff training., • Help achieve labour, food cost and profitability targets.
