Part time Recruitment Coordinator (20 hours per week) \n Newbury (Hybrid) \n Initial 2 months \n \n Your New Role \n As Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the business with its recruitment activity across a range of manufacturing, engineering and office-based positions. Working closely with hiring managers, you will take ownership of sourcing suitable candidates, managing existing applications and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial enquiry through to interview coordination. \n Your responsibilities will include advertising vacancies, proactively sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels, screening applications, conducting initial candidate conversations and maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.
