This role combines administrative, organisational, and relationship management responsibilities. Ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of operations within a leading accountancy group. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Manage phone calls, ensuring professional and timely responses.\n, • Chase clients for required books and records to meet deadlines.\n, • Oversee scanning, filing, and organisation of documents.\n, • Support the onboarding process for new clients, maintaining compliance with Xeinadin guidelines.\n, • Finalise and distribute accounts and personal tax packs to clients for approval.\n, • Assist the Hub Credit Controller in resolving debtor queries.\n, • Process invoices, write-offs, and WIP adjustments.\n, • Apply for HMRC and Companies House authentication codes.\n, • Allocate disbursements to clients and manage payments over the phone.\n, • Process and reconcile office petty cash and handle cheque payments.\n, • Schedule client appointments and coordinate the safe return of books and records.\n, • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, issued to team members.\n, • Order office supplies and manage stationery stock.\n, • Provide project support to the Area Practice Manager as required.\n\n Key Requirements: \n\n • Proven experience in administration and a fast-paced environment\n, • Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy\n, • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.\n, • Excellent time management skills - handling multiple and varied deadlines concurrently\n, • Must be able to meet administrative deadlines\n\n Additional Requirements: \n\n • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team\n, • Organised, proactive, reliable and self-motivated\n, • Confident communicator with personnel at all levels within the business, both written and verbal\n\n \n What We Offer: \n Joining our team comes with a range of benefits, including: \n\n • A collaborative and supportive work environment.\n, • Opportunities for professional development and career progression.\n, • The chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing organisation.\n, • Competitive salary, plus a benefits package\n\n Join Our Team: \n Ready to take the next step in your career?
