You will balance core HR operations with exciting, culture-shaping projects.\n, • You will have the space to manage your own caseload and recruitment processes, backed by a supportive leadership team.\n, • Beyond daily HR advisory work, you will collaborate on projects like employee wellbeing, diversity & inclusion, and workforce data analysis.\n\n What You’ll Be Doing \n As our go-to HR champion, you’ll focus on the below: \n\n • Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, offering expert guidance on policies, processes, and UK employment law.\n, • Manage routine employee relations cases (absence, performance, grievances, and disciplinaries), guiding managers with confidence and escalating complex issues when needed.\n, • Partner with management to implement organizational change, ensuring smooth, transparent communication across teams.\n, • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment journey: from drafting job descriptions and screening top talent to sitting on interview panels.\n, • Own the onboarding experience, creating a seamless, welcoming "Day One" and beyond for every new hire (including right-to-work checks and system setup).\n, • Manage HR data, compliance and payroll preparation data.\n, • Track and analyse key metrics (turnover, absence, training) to provide leadership with actionable insights for workforce planning.\n, • Champion employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness events.\n\n What You Bring to the Team \n\n • Proven experience in a dedicated HR Advisor or generalist role, with a solid understanding of UK employment law.\n, • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. You know how to handle sensitive situations with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism.\n, • Comfort managing HR information systems, tracking metrics, and ensuring accurate data for payroll and compliance.\n, • A self-starter who looks at a process and thinks, "How can we make this better?"\n\n
