If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response! \n The Role you will be doing; \n As Accounting Manager, you will oversee all financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with both statutory requirements and internal group standards. You will play a key role in driving process improvement, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Lead and supervise accounting operations across your area of responsibility\n, • Manage the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely reporting\n, • Ensure compliance with statutory, fiscal, and group accounting standards\n, • Oversee tax compliance including declarations and regulatory requirements\n, • Coordinate audits and manage relationships with external advisors\n, • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes\n, • Partner with controlling teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis\n, • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where required\n, • Lead, develop, and motivate a team, including performance management and training\n\n About You; \n\n • Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance management role\n, • Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and compliance\n, • Experience of managing month-end and year-end processes\n, • Demonstrated leadership and team management capability\n, • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement\n, • Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment\n, • Proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools\n, • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred\n\n Key Skills; \n\n • Financial management & reporting (P&L, budgets, forecasting)\n, • Audit and compliance management\n, • Risk analysis and problem-solving\n, • Strong communication and stakeholder management\n, • Leadership and change management\n
