About the Role \n We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team. This is a varied role involving customer service, order processing, payment handling, and logistics coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring customers always receive a professional and efficient service. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently\n, • Arranging collections and coordinating with customers and transport providers\n, • Taking and processing customer payments\n, • Handling inbound telephone calls and customer enquiries\n, • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems\n, • Resolving customer queries in a professional and timely manner\n, • Providing general administrative support to the team\n, • Managing shared email inboxes, ensuring customer enquiries, orders, and requests are responded to promptly and allocated appropriately\n\n Essential Skills & Experience \n\n • Previous experience in a customer service and administration role\n, • Experience using Sage 200 is essential\n, • Confident processing orders and managing customer accounts within Sage 200\n, • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy\n, • Strong telephone and communication skills\n, • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications\n, • Excellent organisational and time management skills\n, • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\n\n What We Offer \n\n • 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays\n, • Early finish every Friday at 2:30pm\n, • Friendly and supportive working environment\n, • Full-time, permanent position\n, • Opportunity to develop and grow within the business\n\n Salary will be £12.77 per hour \n Start as soon as possible. \n Working Hours: \n\n • Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm\n, • Friday: 8:00am - 2pm\n\n
