Remote Recruitment Consultant (Commission Only) Location: Remote (Worldwide) About the Role Banks Morgan Recruitment is seeking motivated, English-speaking Recruitment Consultants to join our growing international team. You will identify UK businesses that are hiring, build relationships with decision-makers, and help connect them with high-quality candidates. Responsibilities Contact businesses by telephone to identify recruitment opportunities. Build relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers. Record all activity accurately within the Banks Morgan Recruitment Hub. Work closely with candidate sourcing specialists to fill vacancies. Follow company call scripts and recruitment processes. Maintain professional communication with clients. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English. Confident and professional telephone manner. Self-motivated and target-driven. Reliable internet connection and smartphone or computer. Previous sales or recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
