\n An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join a busy and supportive team in Liverpool. \n This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with a background in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, finance or commercial administration. You will play a key role in supporting supplier management, purchase order processing, invoice administration and day-to-day supply chain operations, helping to ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with business procedures. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Supporting Category Managers and Buyers with raising, reconciling and receipting purchase orders.\n, • Monitoring unmatched invoice reports and supporting supplier and subcontractor compliance.\n, • Assisting with the accurate processing of invoices and credits within agreed timescales.\n, • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice, payment and account queries.\n, • Processing purchase orders and goods receipts in accordance with company procedures and financial controls.\n, • Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.\n, • Supporting supplier account reconciliations and investigating discrepancies where required.\n, • Maintaining supplier records, compliance documentation and quality management records.\n, • Carrying out data entry, database maintenance, filing and archiving to ensure accurate record keeping.\n, • Preparing spreadsheets, reports, presentations and business documents.\n, • Supporting audits, quality checks and continuous improvement initiatives.\n, • Attending meetings and providing updates on ongoing activities and projects.\n\n About You \n To be successful in this role, you will have: \n\n • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications).\n, • Previous administrative experience within a commercial, contractor, procurement, supply chain or similar environment.\n, • Experience working with purchase orders, supplier accounts, invoices or financial administration processes.\n, • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\n, • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.\n, • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.\n, • Strong written and verbal communication skills.\n, • A proactive and flexible approach to work.\n, • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.\n, • A full UK or EU driving licence.\n\n Desirable \n\n • NVQ in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.\n, • Experience using housing, procurement or contractor management software.\n, • Knowledge of quality management systems and corrective action processes.\n, • Evidence of ongoing professional development.\n\n What's on Offer? \n\n • Generous annual leave allowance plus bank holidays.\n, • Enhanced family-friendly benefits.\n, • Pension scheme.\n, • Flexible and agile working opportunities.\n, • Ongoing training and professional development.\n, • Employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives.\n, • Enhanced sick pay and additional employee benefits.\n, • Access to health, wellbeing and employee assistance programmes.\n, • Modern working environment with excellent support and development opportunities.\n\n If you are an organised administrator with experience in supply chain, purchasing or procurement support and are looking to join a growing team then apply now!
