This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and dynamic leader to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, their families, and our dedicated team. You will be responsible for the overall running of the home as the Registered Manager, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, maintaining occupancy, and nurturing a warm, person-centred culture grounded in dignity and respect. With a proven track record of managing large care settings and strong expertise in dementia care, you will inspire and develop a high-performing team, build trusted relationships with families and professionals, and create a safe, welcoming environment where people truly feel at home.
