Morgan McKinley are looking for a proactive and organised Credit Controller to join a well-established manufacturing brand in Yate. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit professional to play a key role in managing customer accounts, maintaining healthy cash flow, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner.\n, • Chase overdue payments via phone, email and written correspondence.\n, • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment queries efficiently.\n, • Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer records.\n, • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and minimise aged debt.\n, • Produce regular aged debtor reports and escalate high-risk accounts where necessary.\n, • Support month-end activities and contribute to continuous process improvements within the credit function.\n\n About You \n\n • Previous experience in a Credit Controller or Accounts Receivable position.\n, • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident telephone manner.\n, • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.\n, • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively to deadlines.\n, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems.\n, • A positive, team-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.\n\n What's on Offer \n\n • Competitive salary.\n, • Company benefits package.\n, • Opportunities for training and career development.\n, • Supportive and collaborative working environment.\n, • Free on-site parking and other employee benefits.\n\n If you're an experienced Credit Controller looking to join a well-established global business, we'd love to hear from you.
