Within the MicroPort CardioFlow Central Marketing team based in Clamart you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact education programs to support the safe and effective adoption of TAVI (Transcatheter Aortic-Valve Implantation) and LAAC (Left Atrial Appendage Closure) therapies across target European markets. Your missions will be as follows : • Support and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business objectives and product lifecycle., • Design structured education pathways for internal teams (sales, clinical specialists, distributors) and external stakeholders (physicians)., • Develop certification programs and competency frameworks for TAVI and LAAC procedures., • Deliver high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual) covering procedural techniques, device handling., • Support case-based learning, simulation training, and proctorships in collaboration with clinical experts., • Support the onboarding of new centers and expansion of existing programs., • Facilitate workshops, peer-to-peer learning, and best practice sharing., • Integrate clinical evidence, guidelines, and real-world data into educational content., • Leverage digital platforms and innovative learning tools (simulation, VR, remote support)., • Collaborate with KOLs and expert centers to co-develop educational content and programs., • Provide on-site support for complex TAVI and LAAC cases when required., • Ensure best practices are followed and contribute to procedural optimization., • Define and monitor training effectiveness KPIs (skills acquisition, adoption rates, procedural outcomes)., • Continuously improve training programs based on feedback, clinical data, and market evolution. Your profile : • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field., • 5–10+ years of experience in medical devices, preferably in Structural Heart, Interventional Cardiology, or Cardiovascular therapies., • Hands-on experience with TAVI and/or LAAC procedures (clinical specialist, field clinical engineer, or similar roles highly preferred)., • Proven experience in training, education, or clinical support roles., • Clinical and technical expertise in Structural Heart procedures and patient pathways., • Excellent training and presentation skills with the ability to educate diverse audiences., • Good level of English required, as they will interact with different countries. We are open to candidates based in Europe.
