Physics AI Trainer • Contract: Full-time, • Start date: As soon as possible, • Pay: €20–€150 per hour, depending on expertise and project complexity, • Remote working: Fully remote Our client is recruiting Physics AI Trainers to help evaluate and improve how advanced AI models solve physics problems. This is a remote role for physics experts who can assess whether AI-generated answers are scientifically accurate, logically sound and mathematically correct. You will review model responses, identify errors, compare different solutions and help train AI systems to reason more effectively through complex physics problems. No previous AI experience is required. We are looking for candidates with strong physics knowledge, sharp analytical skills and the ability to explain complex scientific reasoning clearly. What you will be doing • Reviewing AI-generated solutions to physics problems, • Checking answers for conceptual, mathematical and logical accuracy, • Identifying incorrect assumptions, weak reasoning or misleading explanations, • Comparing multiple AI-generated answers and selecting the strongest response, • Explaining why a solution is correct, incomplete or incorrect, • Helping improve how AI models understand and reason through physics, • Working across topics such as mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, statistical physics, quantum physics and optics What we are looking for • Strong academic background in Physics or a closely related subject, • Master’s degree, PhD, or equivalent advanced expertise preferred, • Excellent understanding of core physics principles, • Ability to spot subtle conceptual and mathematical mistakes, • Strong written communication skills, • High attention to detail and rigorous scientific judgement, • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, • Interest in AI, machine learning or scientific evaluation Typical subject areas • Classical mechanics, • Electromagnetism, • Thermodynamics, • Statistical physics, • Quantum physics, • Optics, • Mathematical methods for physics, • Applied physics and problem-solving Why apply? • Fully remote role, • Work from anywhere in eligible European countries, • Flexible, expert-led AI training work, • Competitive hourly pay of €20–€150, • Opportunity to use your physics expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of technology, • No previous AI experience required, • Work on projects helping improve the reasoning ability of leading AI models
