From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it. /p h3Your Role And Key Responsibilities /h3 pThe Battery Specific Infrastructure (BSI) Design Expert is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the BSI design (Clean and Dry room CDR +Auxiliary) across the relevant engineering discipline. /p pThe key objective of the role is to ensure that the contractor/designer engineering solutions are technically correct, compliant with project requirements / local regulations, and aligned with operational, maintenance and equipment needs within the overall timeline. /p pThe BSI Design Expert should act as the key technical interface between contractor and internal stakeholders to drive the development and implementation of BSI systems across the assigned scope. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign Management Coordination /li liInvolve in tender phase to define requirements, review and validate technical offers from bidders, and lead technical alignment (QA list from suppliers) /li liLead and coordinate the review of contractor design deliverables, track progress and define alternative solutions in case of design difficulties/delays /li liEnsure alignment across disciplines (avoid clashes, gaps, inconsistencies) /li liConsolidate technical feedback and provide unified responses /li liGuarantee constructability and quality of design /li liCompliance Assurance /li liEnsure designs comply with: ol liEmployer’s Requirements (ER) /li liLocal regulations and codes /li liProject standards and specifications /li /ol /li liIdentify deviations and drive corrective actions /li liContractor Interface /li liAct as the primary technical interface and single point of contact (SPOC) with the contractor /li liChallenge and push design quality, maturity, and completeness, within the overall project timeschedule /li liMonitor design progress vs. project milestones /li liSupport the timely assessment of RFIs /li liStakeholder Management /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders (facilities, equipment planning, logistics, production, HSE, maintenance, quality) on a daily basis /li liIntegrate inputs from different departments into the ER /li liEnsure stakeholder requirements are properly reflected /li liDesign Review Governance /li liOrganise and lead: ol liDesign review meetings /li liTechnical workshops /li liCoordination sessions /li /ol /li liTrack comments, decisions, and open points /li liRisk Change Management /li liMonitor design performance indicators and provide early warnings when critical activities show risk of delay (technical, regulatory, constructability) /li liEscalate critical issues early, provide management summaries /li liSupport mitigation strategies /li liProvide technical input to permitting activities (led by HSE/permitting), ensuring alignment with design /li liSupport change management processes by assessing technical impacts (scope, cost, schedule, compliance) /li /ul h3What You Bring To The Team /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years’ experience in Engineering /li liExperience in one or multiple-system: HVAC, MEP, Automation, Fire protection, Media supply /li liExperience in Battery, Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor Clean Dry room project management is preferred /li liAbility to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the facility juggling of multiple projects /li liAdvanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) /li liAdvanced competency with Design 3D software( AutoCAD, Revit, 3D max, Lumion. etc ) /li liWorking knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desired /li liStrong organizational and problem-solving skills /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liStrong communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities /li liAbility to work under pressure with tight deadlines /li liDemonstrates adaptability to shifting priorities and demands. /li /ul h3What Makes You Stand Out /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent /li liPlease submit your CV in English /li liPossession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued.
