For more information, please visit /p h3Our Opening and Your Responsibilities /h3 pAs bMarket Manager – Process Analytics /b, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and partner development across assigned international markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. Working through a network of distributors and channel partners, you will identify new business opportunities, support strategic projects, and strengthen customer relationships to increase market share and sustainable growth. The Process Analytics business provides advanced measurement solutions that help customers improve product quality, operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Our technologies support customers across pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food beverage, and other process industries. /p pReporting to the Business Area Manager, you will act as a key link between partners, customers, and internal teams, ensuring the successful promotion and application of Process Analytics solutions across industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, food beverage, and water treatment. /p h3Location /h3 pBarcelona, Spain (preferred location). We are also open to considering candidates based in other European locations, depending on experience and business needs. /p h3In this role, you will: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute market growth strategies through distributors and channel partners. /li liBuild strong relationships with partners, end users, OEMs, and engineering companies. /li liSupport strategic projects and key accounts to drive long-term business success. /li liProvide commercial and technical guidance throughout the sales cycle. /li liDeliver training, workshops, and market development initiatives to enhance partner capabilities. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and business performance. /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed /h3 pWe're looking for a commercially driven and customer-focused professional who combines strong business development skills with technical curiosity and the ability to build trusted partnerships across diverse international markets. /p h3Required Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, or a related scientific or technical field. /li liMinimum 3 years of experience in international sales, business development, market development, or technical sales. /li liProven experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales organizations. /li liExperience selling technical solutions within industrial B2B environments. /li liStrong understanding of consultative selling and customer relationship management. /li liExperience with customers in pharmaceutical, chemical, energy, food beverage, water, or related process industries is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Technical Knowledge /h3 ul liUnderstanding of industrial processes and analytical instrumentation. /li liKnowledge of process analytical technologies such as pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, TOC, chlorine, turbidity, or similar measurement solutions. /li liAbility to translate technical requirements into customer-focused solutions. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liStrong ability to influence and build long-term partnerships across different cultures and markets. /li liProactive, results-oriented, and customer-centric mindset. /li liFluent English, both written and spoken. /li liFrench language skills are a plus. /li /ul h3Additional Requirements /h3 ul liWillingness and availability to travel extensively internationally (approximately 50–70% of the time). /li liAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global organization. /li liBarcelona, Spain (preferred), with flexibility for other European locations for the right candidate. /li /ul h3Our Offer to You /h3 ul liPermanent Contract and competitive target salary (Fixed + Bonus). /li li27 vacation working days. /li liBecome a member of our sales international global team within a multinational company leading in weighing and measurements solutions. /li liInteresting package of social benefits for employees: restaurant card, medical insurance and pension plan. /li liFree breakfast and fresh fruit in the office. /li liInitial and ongoing training plan on the products and markets. /li liAn international environment with strong opportunities for professional growth and development. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employment /h3 pWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
