ppThe Senior Project Manager plays the role of CEO of the project—fully accountable for the success, quality, and strategic impact of some of our most complex and high value automation programmes. This is a position for someone who thrives in complexity, influences without authority, and consistently delivers excellence from concept to completion. /p pAs a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large scale, technically sophisticated automation projects across EMEA. You will be the strategic driver of project success, ensuring alignment between customer expectations, contractual commitments, and organisational goals. You will operate as a trusted partner to our clients, building long term, credibility based relationships that underpin successful delivery. /p pAlthough this role has no direct line management responsibilities, you will lead through influence—guiding cross functional team and shaping best practices within the execution of the projects to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3We offer /h3 ul liCareer Development /li liCompetitive Compensation and Benefits /li liPay Transparency /li liGlobal Opportunities /li /ul pLearn More Here: /p pThe base range of this role, at the time of posting, is estimated to be the following should this role be filled in the respective country: /p pItaly: €55,125 - €80,850 (Compensation will be aligned with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement, namely the CBA, Metalmeccanico Industria) /p pLithuania: €54,000 - €79,200 /p pFinal compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. /p h3Project Leadership Integration /h3 ul liLead the initiation, planning, and execution of complex, strategic automation projects across EMEA. /li liDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organisational strategy. /li liDevelop robust project governance, business cases, and project charters to secure stakeholder alignment. /li liBuild integrated project plans using advanced project management tools and methodologies. /li /ul h3Schedule Resource Management /h3 ul liLead and motivate high‑performing project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. /li liDevelop resource plans to ensure optimal utilisation across multiple concurrent projects. /li liMonitor progress, manage critical paths, and implement corrective actions to protect schedule and budget. /li liEnsure seamless integration of interdependent tasks and activities. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Communication Management /h3 ul liBuild strong, trust‑based relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. /li liDevelop communication plans that ensure clarity, transparency, and proactive engagement. /li liProvide regular project updates, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions. /li liFacilitate project meetings and act as a strategic advisor throughout the project lifecycle. /li /ul h3Contract Vendor Management /h3 ul liSupport negotiation of complex vendor and supplier contracts. /li liManage vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. /li liOversee change orders, contract modifications, and documentation processes. /li /ul h3Financial Risk Management /h3 ul liDevelop and manage detailed project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and value delivery. /li liTrack costs, analyse variances, and implement corrective actions. /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating critical issues when necessary. /li liLead structured problem‑solving efforts to maintain project momentum. /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul li8–10+ years of progressive project management experience. /li liProven success delivering large‑scale, complex, cross‑functional projects with strategic impact. /li liStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence without authority. /li liExperience managing budgets, risks, contracts, and vendor relationships. /li liDeep understanding of project management methodologies. /li liPMP certification highly desirable. /li liWillingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80% annually), including across EMEA to customer sites and meetings. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liA strategic thinker with strong commercial and customer instincts. /li liA confident communicator who builds trust quickly. /li liA resilient leader who thrives in ambiguity and complexity. /li liA champion of continuous improvement and delivery excellence. /li /ul pDematic is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants.
