You’ll be the bridge between application teams and strategic IAM platforms — guiding, assessing, and driving the onboarding of applications to bMicrosoft Entra ID /b and bSailPoint Identity Security Cloud /b. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where your technical expertise, structured thinking, and communication skills will directly contribute to a safer, more scalable identity ecosystem. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate application integration activities from initial assessment through to completion, working closely with application owners and internal IAM teams. /li liSupport application onboarding to strategic IAM platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. /li liConduct IAM onboarding and integration assessments — gathering inputs, evaluating integration needs, documenting outcomes, and defining clear next steps. /li liAnalyse existing IAM integrations to identify gaps, risks, inconsistencies, or non‑strategic patterns that require remediation. /li liGuide application teams on onboarding expectations, required actions, and available IAM integration patterns in a clear and accessible way. /li liRespond to functional and technical IAM queries from application teams, unblocking them through consultation and support, and escalating complex cases to architects or engineers when needed. /li liProduce clear, structured documentation including meeting summaries, status updates, and follow‑up action logs. /li liTrack progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers using tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or internal dashboards. /li liCoordinate application transitions to strategic IAM solutions by aligning required actions with application owners and internal delivery teams. /li liSupport governance activities by identifying deviations from approved IAM patterns and preparing inputs for exceptions or audit evidence where required. /li /ul h3About The Team /h3 pThe Security Team at Swiss Re leads all cybersecurity activities across the organisation — spanning engineering, governance, risk, and compliance. You take ownership, follow through, and bring a governance mindset to everything you do. /p pYou are comfortable working with application teams, clarifying missing information, and turning complex or ambiguous topics into clear actions. /p h3We Are Looking For Candidates Who Meet These Requirements /h3 ul li5+ years of hands‑on IAM experience, including application integration, onboarding, migration, or remediation initiatives. /li liSolid understanding of IAM fundamentals — authentication, authorisation, identity lifecycle, access management, groups, roles, attributes, claims, and provisioning. /li liWorking knowledge of application integration protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SCIM. /li liExperience collaborating with application teams or owners to clarify requirements, define actions, and support delivery. /li liGood understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and enterprise application integration concepts, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles such as provisioning, access reviews, certifications, RBAC, and application access governance. /li liAbility to analyse integration scenarios, identify gaps or risks, and translate findings into clear next steps. /li liExperience producing IAM documentation, onboarding guidance, or technical enablement materials. /li liStrong ownership, follow‑up discipline, and attention to detail. /li liClear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal. /li liAbility to explain IAM concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liStrong English communication skills, both spoken and written. /li /ul h3These Are Additional Nice To Haves /h3 ul liExperience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or similar identity governance platforms. /li liExperience supporting application onboarding to Microsoft Entra ID or other enterprise IAM platforms. /li liFamiliarity with Active Directory, LDAP, or hybrid identity environments. /li liExperience supporting IAM transformation or transition from legacy IAM solutions. /li liFamiliarity with scripting, automation, or API‑based integration tools such as PowerShell or Microsoft Graph API. /li liBackground in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, healthcare, or financial services. /li liA degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. /li liExperience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and collaboration platforms like Confluence. /li liBasic reporting or dashboarding skills using tools such as Excel or Power BI. /li liFamiliarity with governance, exception handling, audit evidence, or control processes. /li liAgile team experience using tools such as Azure DevOps or similar. /li /ul h3Salary Information /h3 pFor Spain, the bbase salary range /b for this position is between EUR 41,000 and EUR 68,000 (for a full‑time role).
