You will work across the full data set and models stack, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data and signals that trigger hundreds of thousands of euros in daily trade volume. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop resilient models to continuously price and underwrite dynamic proprietary datasets. /li liCreate high-quality datasets spanning bscience /b, btech /b, beconomics /b, benergy /b, bmusic /b, and bpolitics /b. /li liBuild robust ingestion pipelines to transform raw, unstructured data into clean, structured data. /li liWork with the trading and engineering team to ensure signals are correctly used. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 h3Hard Skills: /h3 ul li2+ years of hands-on data science experience in Python and SQL. /li liStrong coding, debugging, and data engineering skills. /li liAbility to design and write production-grade systems without LLMs, while being proficient and deeply integrated with AI tools to maximize development velocity. /li liA background in statistics, computer science, mathematics, physics, or other quantitative fields. /li /ul h3Soft Skills: /h3 ul liSelf-starter with intense intellectual curiosity. /li liSomeone eager to take unconventional paths and creatively build from the ground up. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills: /h3 ul liExperience sourcing and aggregating fragmented, "hard-to-find" data to build unique datasets. /li liCapacity to decode non-obvious factors driving developments across science, tech, economics, energy, music, and politics to develop forecasts as a function of domain-specific signals. /li liAbility to translate qualitative insights and unstructured information into statistically significant quantitative metrics. /li /ul h3What it’s like here /h3 ul liFast paced environment. /li liWe’re direct and honest with each other. /li li5 days a week, in person.
