As our new bHEOR (Health Economics and Outcomes Research) Manager, Spain /b, you’ll play a key part in this mission. /p pBased in Madrid the HEOR Manager will lead the development and execution of health economics and outcomes research activities that support market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies across Novocure’s oncology portfolio in Spain. /p pThis is a highly visible and technical role for a market access professional who combines strong health economics expertise with strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills. You will be responsible for translating clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions, adapting global economic models to local requirements, supporting reimbursement submissions, and serving as a trusted technical partner for both internal and external stakeholders. Working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Global Value Access, Finance, and external agencies, you will help shape access strategies that maximize patient access and support business growth. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liLead the development and execution of market access, pricing, reimbursement, and HTA strategies across Novocure’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product lifecycle needs. /li liDevelop compelling payer‑focused value propositions and support the overall access strategy by translating clinical and economic evidence into clear, impactful narratives. /li liAdapt and localize global health economic models, including cost‑effectiveness and budget impact models, incorporating country‑specific clinical, epidemiological, and cost data to support reimbursement decisions. /li liAct as the technical HEOR expert for Spain, providing support during interactions with healthcare authorities, HTA bodies, regional decision‑makers, and other market access stakeholders. /li liLead the preparation, adaptation, and maintenance of value dossiers, reimbursement submissions, and health economic materials, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with local requirements. /li liBuild and maintain budget impact analyses, economic models, presentations, and technical materials that effectively communicate the value of Novocure’s therapies. /li liMonitor reimbursement policies, HTA requirements, and payer landscape developments, proactively identifying risks, barriers, and opportunities to improve patient access. /li liPartner closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Revenue Operations, and Global Value Access teams to ensure a coordinated and evidence‑based market access approach. /li liCollaborate with external agencies, clinical experts, and global HEOR teams to identify evidence gaps, validate economic assumptions, and strengthen reimbursement strategies. /li liSupport pricing negotiations, innovative access agreements, and market access initiatives through robust technical analysis and evidence generation. /li liTrack business performance from a market access perspective, providing strategic insights that inform forecasting, planning, and decision‑making. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Market Access, with significant exposure to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR). /li liStrong experience developing, adapting, or managing health economic models, budget impact models, and value dossiers for reimbursement and HTA purposes. /li liDemonstrated understanding of health economics methodologies, including cost‑effectiveness analyses and economic modelling approaches such as Markov models. /li liExperience supporting reimbursement submissions, payer interactions, and market access strategies within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sectors. /li liFluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently develop high‑quality technical analyses and executive‑level presentations. /li liBased in Madrid or willing to work from the Madrid office within a hybrid working model. /li /ul h3These additional qualifications are preferred: /h3 ul liPrevious experience in consulting within health economics, market access, or healthcare strategy. /li liExperience working with external HEOR or market access agencies. /li liOncology experience is beneficial but not required. /li liStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders, healthcare authorities, and cross‑functional teams. /li liHighly autonomous, proactive, and capable of taking ownership of complex projects from strategy through execution. /li liAnalytical, intellectually curious, and motivated to continuously learn and develop. /li liComfortable working in fast‑paced and evolving environments while managing multiple priorities. /li /ul h3NOVOFLEX /h3 pWe offer a flexible, trust‑based hybrid working model for most of our office‑based roles.
