This is a critical greenfield deployment phase, which requires our founding leadership team to manage high operational fluidity, establish local processes from the ground up, and translate centralized global capabilities into localized execution. /p pThis position is designed for an organized, process-driven frontline operational leader who excels on the warehouse floor. The role demands an execution-focused supervisor who can manage teams of returns processing operators, enforce precise product grading criteria, and maintain an organized, clutter-free reverse logistics environment. /p h3The Mission Core Scope /h3 ul liThe Mission: Lead, motivate, and direct daily reverse shift operations (returns intake, item inspection, quality grading, and system registration) to ensure returned inventory is processed rapidly and channeled to its next destination with maximum value recovery. /li liThe Scope: You will take direct, hands-on floor responsibility for the returns processing zone and its personnel, tracking hourly processing throughput, resolving system-status mismatches, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid. /li /ul h3Crucial Expectations Performance Targets /h3 pTo provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months: /p ul liHourly Processing Grading Throughput: Successfully manage shift execution to meet or exceed target metrics for processed return units, keeping returns backlogs and station congestion to an absolute minimum. /li liGrading Accuracy Quality Control: Enforce strict compliance with our corporate product-grading matrices, ensuring operators correctly identify resellable stock, damaged goods, or warranty items, thereby minimizing inventory errors. /li liFrontline Labor and Safety Management: Oversee real-time operator allocation across unpacking, inspecting, and repacking stations, tracking attendance, and ensuring full compliance with warehouse safety protocols. /li liClean-Floor Sorting Discipline: Maintain a highly structured, organized work area, ensuring processed items are structurally segregated, palletized, and routed to the correct destination (put-away, refurbishment, or liquidation) instantly. /li /ul h3Position Requirements /h3 ul liGreenfield Launch Expertise: You must have a verified background of acting as a team leader, returns coordinator, or senior supervisor within a high-volume e-commerce reverse logistics center, returns processing department, or technical refurbishment hub during a site launch or major peak season. /li liFrontline Floor Mastery: Proven experience leading fast-paced teams of industrial operators (20+ workers) and deep familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), data logging, item disposition codes, and RF barcode scanning equipment. /li liLanguage Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff.
