If you’re ready to build something that makes a difference, be part of a team that protects what matters most. /ppbr/ppWhat You'll Do: /pp•Own the end-to-end customer order process, from order entry through delivery, invoicing, and follow-up. /pp•Act as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear, timely updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product availability. /pp•Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance to ensure smooth and on-time order fulfillment. /pp•Coordinate shipments, export documentation, freight bookings, and delivery confirmations. /pp•Participate in project, contract, and large-order review meetings. /pp•Manage RMAs, returns, spare parts, prototypes, and accessories requests. /pp•Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in SAP and CRM systems. /pp•Register and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring alignment with quality and service standards. /pp•Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, KPIs monitoring, and system enhancements. /pp•Support the wider EMEA Customer Service team as needed. /ppbr/ppWhat We’re Looking For: /pp•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. /pp•1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or similar roles. /pp•Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). /pp•Strong customer-focus with excellent communication and organizational skills. /pp•High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. /pp•Experience working with SAP (SD module) and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). /pp•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /pp•Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong team player attitude. /ppbr/ppHow to Apply: Shoot us your resume and a quick note about why you’d be a great fit for the role at .
