Through deep technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a relentless focus on customer success, we solve complex challenges across cloud and ERP-integrated environments while improving reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction. /p h3bThe Role: Senior Technical Support Engineer /b /h3 pAs a Senior Technical Support Engineer, you will act as a btechnical authority for complex customer challenges /b, owning escalations across Azure, AWS, and ERP-integrated environments. You will lead incident response, drive root cause analysis, and partner cross-functionally to improve system resilience and customer experience. /p pbWhat you’ll do: /b /p ul liTroubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Azure/AWS services /li liSupport hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises integrations /li liLead critical incident response, including bridge calls and service restoration /li liDiagnose outages, performance issues, and configuration errors using monitoring tools and logs /li liTroubleshoot ERP and SAP integrations, ensuring stable data flows and operations /li liConduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long-term improvements /li liCollaborate with Engineering, Product, ERP, and vendor teams /li liMaintain documentation, mentor junior engineers, and improve support processes /li /ul h3bWhat You Bring /b /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent /li li5+ years in cloud support engineering, technical support, cloud operations, or SRE-adjacent roles /li liExperience troubleshooting SaaS-based cloud solutions /li liSolid understanding of SQL and database concepts, including experience with Apache, IIS, MySQL, MSSQL, and PostgreSQL /li liStrong troubleshooting ability across APIs and cloud services /li liSolid understanding of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, RCA /li liExceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset /li liAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, global, high-pressure environments /li /ul pbNice-to-have specializations: /b /p ul liScripting skills in PowerShell and/or Python (Bash a plus) /li liExperience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Zabbix, Azure Monitor, CloudWatch) /li liSAP BRIM (FICA, CI) or SAP FICO experience /li liInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) /li liContainer technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) /li liAzure/AWS certifications /li liITIL certification (Foundation or higher) /li liMicrosoft 365 and Entra ID enterprise experience /li liCloud cost optimization experience /li /ul h3bWhy Join Ingram Micro? /b /h3 pAt Ingram Micro, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career at global scale, working with cutting-edge technologies and diverse teams across regions.
