You’ll blend hands‑on system expertise with strategic ownership – building scalable, integrated processes while leading a small, high‑performing team to drive efficiency, data accuracy, and innovation across our GTM stack. /p pThis is a hybrid role: part architect and builder, part strategic manager who aligns tools, data, and teams to accelerate growth, transforming RevOps from reactive operations to proactive scalability. The exciting part – lead a fast‑moving, ambitious team that values precision, autonomy, and continuous improvement, and the opportunity to build and shape the next‑generation GTM infrastructure that powers global growth. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liSystems Ownership Architecture – Own the design, optimisation, and health of Preply’s GTM system landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom, and connected tools). /li liPartner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing Ops, Pre Sales, Sales, CS, Finance, Product) to ensure integrations are seamless and scalable. /li liLead the evolution of system architecture – mapping processes, maintaining clean data structures, and reducing technical debt. /li liDrive adoption of new GTM tools through documentation, enablement, and user‑friendly workflows. /li liAutomation Process Optimization – Identify opportunities for automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management, and renewal workflows using Salesforce, Zapier, or Cargo. /li liImplement AI‑assisted and no‑code automation to streamline pipeline operations and reduce manual effort. /li liBuild standardized playbooks and process documentation to ensure repeatable, reliable execution across teams. /li liPartner with Enablement to roll out new tools and processes with clear training and adoption metrics. /li liData Integrity Insights Infrastructure – Own data accuracy and governance across CRM and connected systems. /li liBuild and maintain self‑serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) to visualise funnel metrics, forecasting, churn, and pipeline velocity. /li liDeliver strategic data insights to senior leadership to inform GTM decisions. /li liPartner with StratOps to ensure data models support forecasting, compensation, and territory planning. /li liTooling Strategy Vendor Management – Manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget, and vendor relationships. /li liEvaluate new technologies and AI integrations that enhance productivity, personalisation, and insight generation. /li liEnsure ROI and strategic alignment of all tools – balancing innovation with practicality. /li liTeam Leadership Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists or analysts, fostering curiosity, precision, and continuous improvement. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and CS stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. /li liChampion “system thinking” across GTM – ensuring clarity, consistency, and documentation in how we operate. /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Sales/Marketing Ops in a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS environment. /li liDeep technical expertise in Salesforce (architecture, admin, and automation). /li liStrong understanding of GTM processes and data flows (lead‑to‑opportunity, opportunity‑to‑renewal). /li liExperience with BI and reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio). /li liProven ability to translate business, user and customer needs into technical solutions. /li liFamiliarity with no‑code automation tools (Zapier, Workato, n8n) and API integrations. /li liExperience leading teams and leading cross‑functional initiatives. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills – comfortable bridging technical and commercial conversations. /li liStrong analytical mindset and attention to detail, balanced with pragmatism and speed. /li /ul h3Why you’ll love it at Preply /h3 ul liAn open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture. /li liA generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning Development budget and time off for your self‑development. /li liA competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance. /li liNot in Barcelona?
